Isobell Klima

Adhesive and plaster compound in acrylic paste, lightened with perlite.

Prodotto in Italia

Description

ISOBELL KLIMA adhesive and finishing skim coat in ready-to-use acrylic paste, specifically
formulated for the ISOBELL® protection system in interior applications.

Thanks to the presence of perlite in the mix and controlled-grain aggregates, it combines excellent breathable and insulating properties, making it ideal for treating cold walls prone to condensation and mold.

It helps increase the surface temperature of masonry, preventing the formation of surface moisture and improving indoor comfort.

The product, which is resistant to mold growth, is also ideal for exterior use when restoring deteriorated walls.

Features

  • Composition: synthetic resin in aqueous emulsion with adhesion promoters, inert materials with controlled granulometric curve of 0,5 mm, lightened with perlite. Contains various additives in concentrations ensuring the fulfillment of physical parameters such as permeability, water repellency, and resistance to biological aggression.
  • Water vapor transmission: Class V2 – Sd = 0,25 m.
  • Deep dry: 24–72 hour for each mm of thickness.
  • Pack size: 15 kg.

Use

  • Smoothing and finishing the ISOBELL® membrane on interior walls.
  • Thermohygrometric correction of cold walls in residential and professional environments.
  • Prevention of condensation and mould at internal thermal bridges.
  • It can be applied to all types of plaster as well as to the surfaces of all kinds of building artifacts such as concrete, cement mortars, prefabricated, lightweight pre-stressed structures, wood, masonite, faesite, and similar structures.

Advantages

  • High elasticity and resistance to atmospheric agents.
  • Excellent adhesion on multiple substrates.
  • It contributes to the thermal insulation of facades.
  • High breathability and water resistance.
  • Versatile finish, both decorative and functional.
  • Ideal for both interior and exterior where the restoration of damaged walls and facades is required.
