Description

Isobell SiPrime is a silicate primer modified with siloxanes, breathable and washable, for interior and exterior use.

Designed as a specific base coat for the ISOBELL membrane, it evens out the substrate and ensures excellent adhesion, making the application of finishes easier. The product is mould-resistant and is ideal for interior use when restoring deteriorated walls.

Features

Composition: Stabilized potassium silicate, special pigments, special inorganic fillers, various additives dispersed in acrylic resin in aqueous emulsion, and silicone additives.
Coverage: Dilute 20% with water.
Coverage approx. 7 m²/litre.
Curing Time: 1–2 hours to 20°C e 65% relative umidity
Pack Size: 4 litres.

Use

Water-based silicate undercoat modified with siloxanes, washable yet breathable, for interiors and exteriors, with good coverage and weather resistance.
Thanks to its excellent covering power, it is ideal for civil and industrial plaster finishes as a bonding primer, specifically designed as a base for coloured plasters.
It reduces and evens out absorption, making the application of finish coats easier with impregnation with the fixative and consolidating product BINDER.
