Description

Mineral adhesive and finishing in paste Ready-to-use mineral adhesive and finishing compound ideal for the ISOBELL® protection system against rising damp, mold, and condensation for both interior and exterior uses.

Based on stabilized potassium silicate, lightened with perlite, containing siliceous inerts, quartz sand with controlled granulometry of 0.2 mm for finishing smooth coat.

Thanks to its chemical adhesion, SKIM integrates perfectly with ISOBELL mineral skimming products, guaranteeing a long-lasting aesthetic and performance result.

Features

Composition: stabilized potassium silicate, lightened with perlite, containing siliceous inerts, quartz sand with controlled granulometry of 0,2 mm for finishing smooth coat.
Grain: 0,2 mm – smooth effect.
Curing Time: 24–72 hours for each mm of thickness (to 20°C and 65% R.U.).
Water vapor transmission: V1 Class (high) – Sd = 0,015 m.
Pack size: 10 kg.

Use

Smooth finish on surfaces previously smoothed with ISOBELL PLAST, COMFORT LIME, SiNERGY.
An integral part of the thermo-hygrometric cycles. ISOBELL®, for both indoors and outdoors.
It can be applied to consolidated mineral plasters and all compatible substrates treated with BINDER silicate primer.
Also suitable for restoring damaged walls, before applying breathable mineral paint.
